SHIPPING SERVICES

  • For woodworking machines available: Machine will be shipped within 24 or according to customer’s request.
  • For woodworking machines to order – wait for import: The import duration will vary based on the diversity and general demand of the market.. Installation and delivery time will be negotiated and notified specifically to the buyer.

DELIVERY METHODS

  • Crane: applicable to customers with distance < 300km
  • Professional trucks: applicable to customers with distance >300km
    The Wood & Brothers technical team immediately moves to the customer’s workshop upon the machine’s arrival, installs and operates it so that the workshop may go into production quickly.

 

SHIPPING & INSTALLATION PROCESS

Wood & Brothers examines the location of the customer’s workshop through photos / directly and plan the positioning of the machine accordingly.

Make detailed plans for the shipping & installation of machines for customers. When the purchase procedure is completed, Wood & Brothers determines the time of delivery and installation of the machine with the customer.

The machine is wrapped and shipped from the Wood & Brothers warehouse to the customer’s workshop according to the agreed schedule. The machine is put into position using 2 methods:

  • The crane truck moves the machine into the workshop
  • The crane truck puts the machine at the gate -> the machine is then moved from the gate into position by a forklift

The Wood & Brothers technical team moves to the customer’s workshop to install and wire the wood machine up according to the set schedule.

Conduct on-site technology transfer to the customer, provide detailed operating instructions and send operating diagrams at the request of customer (if any)

Wood & Brothers inspects the machine’s details, lets the customer test out the machine for quality products, and then conducts acceptance testing.

07

Schedule machine warranty for customers, complete warranty procedures and related legal documents.
