Main functions of Felder G330 edge banding machine

1. Pressure roller system: Pre-stressed mechanical thread presser, with 1 straight thread presser and 1 rubber thread presser. The compression spring system ensures perfect adhesion of the board edge and thread. Thanks to the “Quick-set” setting system, thread thickness can be adjusted in accordance with simple and quick operations .
2. Terminal trimming: With alloy 16-tooth circular saw blade, 16,000 rpm high-speed motor, linear guide ensures maximum precision
3. Upper and lower millings: It is possible to change curved, beveled, straight profiles thanks to the quick-set system “Quick-set”. Two separate high-speed motors ensure perfect milling of any edge banding material.
4. Excess glue scraper: can be adjusted by replacing depending on production requirements, removing residual glue on the surface of the board edge.
