More than 6000 LEDs indicate the vacuum table’s size, position, direction as well as the exact position of the panel down to the millimeters. Thanks to a sophisticated color management system, each vacuum type and its direction is displayed in different colors. RGB LEDs on the X-axis provide information about the processing status. LEDs along the X and Y axes show the position and size of the workpiece.

Spindle: the horizontal spindle motor is equipped with the ER25 tool clamp assembly on the right, along with the ER32 assembly. The 18000 rpm output and the pneumatic rotation from 0° to 7° (suitable for door hinge machining) allows for flexible applications.

Processing stops for Veneer: In addition to the standard workpiece cylinder stops, there are additional stops specifically developed for handling excess veneer or laminate coverings.

The 4-position linear tool changer, moving in the Z-axis is attached to the rig. Ensures quick tool changes even when working in rotation mode, changing operations continuously.

The 18-position rotary tool changer is fitted to the back of the rig and moves with the rig along the X-axis. The tool changer rotates between 18 positions, shortening the tool change time.

The 12-position tool changer improves productivity and leaves more space for additional tools on the machine.

Individual drilling head configuration, the machine can make a separate design or make a variety of different designs. Customers can actively decide which drilling head configuration is suitable for their production needs. Options include a drilling head with only a rotating vertical spindle or one with rotating spindle and grooving saw for vertical and horizontal processing. Variable frequency drive motors can reach up to 7,500 revolutions per minute.
