WARRANTY CONDITIONS AT WOODBRO
The warranty only covers defects and issues that caused by the manufacturer during the design and production of the machine and arise within the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover defects and issues caused by the user’s incorrect implementation of operating procedures, external factors such as power supply problems, or natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, etc.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Process time:The moment the customer reports a problem, the warranty department plans for an evaluation within 24 hours and carry out the warranty work immediately if the problem or error is within the warranty period and coverage.
Wood & Brothers guarantees a dedicated warranty within 12 months, with the most flexible, transparent, and convenient policy for customers.
WOODEN MACHINE MAINTENANCE SERVICE
The maintenance of woodworking machines is conducted on a quarterly basis to ensure their stable and accurate operation, involving the following 3 procedures:
Troubleshooting. In case of machine failure and replacement parts are needed. Wood & Brothers will order components (if needed) and offer temporary solutions to keep the production progress on schedule.
Periodical measurement and calibration of woodworking machines to avoid errors during long-term operation as well as ensure accurate and efficient processing.
Transfer of instructions to customer on periodic maintenance of the machine, helping to ensure production quality and machine lifespan.
